Challenge & Approach
The challenge
Tropical light is fierce by 9am. Every detail was photographed in open shade within the first hour, before the heat — and the day — began.
Our approach
We photograph details as still lifes, not inventory: the rings where Maya actually left them, the bouquet mid-morning rather than staged at midnight. Things look like themselves.
They photographed the small things we would have forgotten — and those are the frames we touch most.
